As part of our crew, you’d be part of a collaborative team transforming the lives of global youth. All Ends Adventures crew members are missionaries for Jesus Christ. Salary for all positions will be self-funded. Depending on the position, some are remote and some are location specific.

Have a heart for the youth of Kenya? Move full-time to Kenya to encourage Kenyan youth in their walk with the Lord. Participate in an annual camp in Sagana, Kenya. Build relationships with the youth shelters that participate in camp. Develop and implement a post-camp discipleship for youth!
Can you fix anything? Great at working on any machine with any tool? Join Ends Camping to provide maintenance to the fleet of sailboats – currently a Morgan 462 and a Catalina 25. Be up for troubleshooting and project or maintenance. Be willing to re-locate to the Florida Keys or make monthly trips.
Have experience on a sailboat and want to use it to serve God? Work toward your captions license to be able to run camp programs on sailboats. Programs take at-risk youth offshore leading adventures in sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, and fishing. Sailboats are currently based in the Florida Keys.
Have a love for spreadsheets? Great at crunching numbers? Join Ends Camping to manage budgets and seek out grants for the Florida Keys and Kenya programs – both free for at-risk youth to connect with God’s creation.
Connect with partners and maintain relationships through the year in the off-season of camp. Create post-camp events and programs to further discipleship for youth in South Florida. Run Ends Camping social media and develop a robust marketing strategy to raise awareness of how God is working through the youth.
Oversee and cast vision for how a particular adventure ministry (kayaking, fishing, camping, hiking, mountain biking, etc) will impact youth globally. Create and execute trips, projects, events within your specific adventure discipline. Collaborate with Ends Adventures Director, Tours Manager, etc. Recruit participants at outreach events.
Support the Ends Adventures Tour Director to realize the vision for how a particular adventure ministry (kayaking, fishing, camping, hiking, mountain biking, etc) will impact youth globally. Collaboratively create and execute trips, projects, events within your specific adventure discipline. Collaborate with Ends Adventures Director, Tours Manager, etc. Recruit participants at outreach events.
Manage and implement marketing campaigns for multiple events per year, locally & nationally. Manage social media content for Ends Adventures on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked-In, etc.
Manage weekly email marketing campaigns via Mail Chimp or similar service. Cultivate a monthly blog post sharing testimony from the impact the funds & prayers have made on previous Ends Adventures events.

Manage and implement marketing campaigns for 6+ cycling tours per year, locally & nationally. Manage social media content for Ends Cycling on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked-In, etc.
Manage weekly email marketing campaigns via Mail Chimp or similar service. Cultivate a monthly blog post sharing testimony from the impact the funds & prayers have made on previous Ends Cycling tours.
Work closely with Ends Cycling Director to strategize locations for future international tours. Meet monthly with Ends Cycling Tours Manager to plan and build international tour(s). Execute international tour(s) that transform the lives of youth globally. Coordinate vision trips pre-tour and/or post-tour and short-term projects to locations we have ridden in. Collaborate with marketing coordinator to develop compelling stories of impact.
Create annual cycling jersey design, and ride-specific t-shirts. Design tour flyers, rider handbooks, and miscellaneous digital content. Work with Tour Photographers to send post-tour photos and send post-tour(s) photos to participants. Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator on social media content strategy with focus on visual design of posts. Assist with graphic design for website content as needed.
Joining with the Ends Adventures Directors, you’d be part of a collaborative team that transforms the lives of global youth.
Works alongside Ends Cycling Finance Coordinator & New International Finance Department to track expenses for events, creates budgets and manages petty cash for events. Creates donor accounts.
Emails tour registrants to encourage fundraising. A knowledge of event insurance is a PLUS!
